Why should you choose Bonhomie for purchase of Moulds?

What is your capacity? What size of molds can you manufacture?
We can produce more than forty sets of molds per month, and can build molds up to a product length of 1.2 meter and up to 15 tons weight.
How much time do you need to quote?
We give you a quotation for molds in one working day after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details. You may request for a quote by clicking here.
What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
Our payment terms are 50% advance and balance 50% before dispatch. Payments are to be made by TT only.
Do you build hot runner molds?
Yes. We are familiar with many different systems such as DME, Hasco, Yudo, Mold Master, Master tip and Husky, etc.
What type of CAD files can you accept?
We can accept several different types of files (STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, and many more) along with JPG images of the same.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
All our products pass through stringent trial and testing done in the presence of our senior officials. Also, we provide you with all the necessary steel certifications and other relevant proofs. Moulds will not be dispatched unless passed by our senior officials on all quality parameters.
Does your quote include the cost to ship sample parts via Express Service?
No. Since we believe in complete transparency, it is billed as per actuals.
Can you only design a mold for me?
No. This service is only available for those customers who will be getting the moulds made with us.
Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can order one mould and try us, although you would optimise transport and import costs on ordering multiple quantities and save shipment as well as importing taxes.
