INTRODUCTION TO HOPPER LOADERS

Hopper dryers are used for pre heating and drying the plastic resins in pellets / granules form with wide range of temperature settings. They are designed for plastic industry with feed back improvements. Most reliable dryers in India cuts energy cost and increase productivity.

Plastic hopper dryers provide quick and uniform pre heating and drying of plastic resins. Due to drying through hot air, in modern industry they are becoming unique choice over drying ovens conventially being used for drying and preheating. WORKING PRINCIPLE

Plastic hopper dryer consists a steel hoper a blower and heater with automatic temperature indicator controller. After drying hopper is fed fully with the plastic resins to be dried, the dryer is switched on.

The blower sucks in the ambient air blows over the heaters, which raises the air temp. This hot air passing through plastic resins picks up the moisture. The air after absorbing the moisture is led off from the dryer to atmosphere. The automatic temperature controller ensures uniform drying temperature also helps in energy conservation. The drying through hopper dryer ensures improved quality and good surface finish of molded components with enhanced injection rate.
