Model ACS 500 This is a portable induction system for very small production units. It can seal from 10 mm to 83 mm and can give 4 to 5 containers per minute. This system does not require water cooling and has a inbuilt timer circuitry. There are separate induction heads available for various diameters.

This consists of the control panel and induction head unit. This system requires water cooling and is available with or without the conveyor. The system can seal containers having diameters from 10 mm upto 83 mm and production speeds upto 30 bottles per minute.

This system requires water cooling and is available with or without the
conveyor. The system can seal containers having diameters from 10 mm upto 53
mm and production speeds upto 120 bottles per minute. This is as ideal unit
for exports.
