Injection - Blow Moulding machines

Injection Moulding Machines

Injection molding is the process of forcing melted plastic in to a mold cavity. Once the plastic has cooled, the part can be ejected. It is useful when the parts are too complex or cost prohibitive to machine. With this process, many parts can be made at the same time, out of the same mold.

Look around yourself and you'll see plenty of injection molded parts. The mouse and keyboard that you are using to browse this site were probably made through the plastic injection molding process. Possibly, parts of the chair you are sitting in were made the same way. Ever use a plastic handeled screwdriver? That was made with injection molding. The metal part of the screwdriver was suspended in the mold as the plastic was forced in. When it cooled, out popped a completed screwdriver!

  • Linear variable transducer for mould open / close stroke control.

  • Pressure transducer for clamping force control.

High performance barrier screw:

  • Optimum use of master batch due to better mixing and homogeneous melt.

  • Cooling time reduces as plasticizing performs at low temperature.

  • Sub flight chops up the solid & melted resin then mixes homogeneously .

  • Homogeneous melt and uniform resin mixing results less colour dispersion.

  • Better mixing of resin needs low screw reaction pressure.
